Even The Earnest Learn is the 2nd release from Désir Decir, and this release finds them as an even stronger unit. Recorded in the band's adopted home of Jersey City, NJ, the six songs contained within sound bigger and tighter than ever. 2014 saw the band release their debut CD, Mechanics and hit the road in support of it. That work has paid off. While Even The Earnest Learn retains the roots and folk inspired punk rock that has defined Désir Decir's sound, the new songs are more exciting, richer, and seem to jump right out of the speakers.
